rollerreiner.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.
Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on rollerreiner.org, please notify our Copyright Agent. You can submit your complaint to our designated Copyright Agent at:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent at contact@rollerreiner.org. Your counter-notice must include:t
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant who submitted the DMCA notice. If the copyright owner does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringement within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, rollerreiner.org has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
